Business Development Manager @ Greyp (m/f)

We at Greyp Bikes are creating world’s first fully connected e-bikes with unique blend of connectivity, artificial intelligence, data gathering and augmented reality. Technology that we are creating for our product is also a base for our B2B part of the business. We will use our products as a development platform for creating products & services for our B2B clients.

For that reason, we are looking to hire a person who will be concerned with improving and growing our B2B side of the business, by fostering and developing relationships with customers, suppliers and other partners, but also being internal Product Owner of all B2B projects. You will grow our business through careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, identifying strategic customers and suppliers and being the part of the strategy creation in Greyp. You may have a single role in the organisation or lead a team of staff. Your work will often reach across all areas of the business.


• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and actively promote your finding within Greyp.

• Have a good understanding of our products and be able to advise others about them

• Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

• Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes

• Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services

• Develop relationship with present and new B2B customers and strategic suppliers

• Assume the role of Product Owner for all B2B projects

• Understand cost structure and main cost drivers of our products, but also of the competition

• Make cost calculations of B2B projects and oversee the budget during execution

• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

• Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management


• Experience in business development, sales, marketing or project management

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally

• Full IT literacy, including the use of spreadsheets (Excel will be your best friend)

• Project management skills

• Fluency in English
