We at Greyp Bikes are creating world’s first fully connected e-bikes with unique blend of connectivity, artificial intelligence, data gathering and augmented reality. Creating a revolutionary user experience requires a complex electronics hardware and software that is the core of all our products, however, those bikes will not sell themselves.

For that reason, we are looking for new team members that will help us sell our products all over Europe, add value to our products through customer care, learn a lot, be challenged daily and have fun along the way.



Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer care

• Managing customer inquiries and ensuring timely resolution for same

• Analysing customer inquiries and assistance for all services offered by organization and ensuring resolution for same

• Coordinating with various departments and customer and resolving all technical and operational issues

• Analysing customer care feedback and recommending improvements

• Documentation of all customer interactions


Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience working on a similar position

• Technical background

• Strong relationship building and sales skills

• Fluent in English and/or German

• Full IT literacy

• High level of patience and resilience

• Desire to obtain deep knowledge of Greyp’s brand products and help educate customers
